A clear plan before investing in an iOS release.

Understand the existing product.

I reviewed the React and TypeScript application, ran its builds, traced the important user journeys and examined the Supabase backend controls. I compared the realistic delivery options and identified the areas that needed attention before submission.

Identify the release risks.

The key question was not whether the application could run on iOS, but what needed to change before it was ready for submission. Payments, account deletion, user safety, backend exposure, release environments and device behaviour all needed attention.

I recommended Capacitor with RevenueCat, followed by a focused piece of work on the risks most likely to block an App Store submission.

Give the client a plan they can act on.

I delivered a recommended architecture, a prioritised risk register, clear acceptance criteria and a phased delivery plan. The client could use these to agree the next scope and check that the important risks had been addressed.
